This rate includes $1/day service availability charge and:

Winter Rate

(January through May, November and December bills)

  • First 1,000 kWh: 9.2752¢/kWh
  • All other kWh: 6¢/kWh

Shoulder Rate

(June and October bills)

  • On Peak*: 24¢/kWh
  • All other kWh: 11¢/kWh

*On peak hours are between 3 and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday between June 1 and August 31, excluding July 4.

Summer Rate

(July, August and September bills)

  • On Peak*: 24¢/kWh
  • All other kWh: 9.8688¢/kWh

Those able to shift large appliance use to off-peak hours either manually or with tools like programmable thermostats.
