Pay your bill online with MyOEC. You can also pay without logging in.
ePay: Make one-time payments using a checking account with no processing fees. All members may pay by Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® with no convenience fee.
Auto Pay: Pay monthly bills through automated drafts from your checking or savings account, or a debit/credit card at no extra charge. Auto Pay takes one billing cycle to set up. If you currently have a bill due, please use another payment option.
You can pay in person by cash, check or money order at our office located at 2520 Hemphill Drive, Norman OK 73069. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays).
A night drop box is available 24/7, located in front of our office.

If your service is disconnected for non-payment, we will reconnect your service once the following payments have been made on your account:
* We cannot reconnect service on weekends or holidays. To avoid having your service disconnected, please call us before the disconnect date listed on your disconnect notice to make arrangements on your bill.

Paperless Billing is less expensive and reduces administrative costs, benefiting all of our members. For this reason, you may choose either bill method – but not both. If you wish to return to receiving a paper bill after trying the paperless, we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
