Payment and Billing Options for OEC Members

Pay Online

Pay your bill online with MyOECYou can also pay without logging in.

ePay: Make one-time payments using a checking account with no processing fees. All members may pay by Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® with no convenience fee.

Auto Pay: Pay monthly bills through automated drafts from your checking or savings account, or a debit/credit card at no extra charge. Auto Pay takes one billing cycle to set up. If you currently have a bill due, please use another payment option.

Pay in Person

You can pay in person by cash, check or money order at our office located at  2520 Hemphill Drive, Norman OK 73069. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays).

A night drop box is available 24/7, located in front of our office.

Mail checks or money orders payable to:

Please allow adequate time for delivery and processing before your due date. Include your remittance slip or your account number.

Pay at a US Payments Kiosk

You can pay your bill any time at a US Payments kiosk nearest you. There is one available 24 hours a day in our lobby at 2520 Hemphill Drive, Norman, OK 73069.

Disconnect for Non-Payment

If your service is disconnected for non-payment, we will reconnect your service once the following payments have been made on your account:

  • The entire past-due amount
  • A disconnect fee*

* We cannot reconnect service on weekends or holidays. To avoid having your service disconnected, please call us before the disconnect date listed on your disconnect notice to make arrangements on your bill.

PrePay Billing

We work hard to bring you services that fit your lifestyle and are proud to offer you total control over your electric bills with our PrePay billing.

  • When signing up, new PrePay users will have no up-front deposits

  • Established members can use their existing deposit to pay their bill

How Prepay works

  • Sign up: At our office at 2520 Hemphill Drive, Norman, OK 73070 or by phone (405)321-2024.
  • Load up: Select an amount to deposit into your account to begin your service.
  • Review alerts: We’ll notify you via email or text message (must register for text messages) once your account reaches the low balance threshold. To avoid automatic disconnect (when your account balance reaches zero), reload your account.
  • Reload: When your balance is low, just make a payment using any of our convenient payment options or sign into your online account.

Paperless Billing is less expensive and reduces administrative costs, benefiting all of our members. For this reason, you may choose either bill method – but not both. If you wish to return to receiving a paper bill after trying the paperless, we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
