Blanchard Substation Upgrade: The Blanchard Substation will be upgraded from a 22 MVA transformer to a 28 MVA transformer. This will increase electrical capacity as houses and businesses grow in the area.
Blanchard Substation Upgrade:  The Blanchard Substation will be upgraded from a 22 MVA transformer to a 28 MVA transformer.  This will increase electrical capacity as houses and businesses grow in the area. 
Blanchard 4 Reconductor:  The main three phase line will be upgraded from 1/0 wire to 477 ASCR wire.  This will increase its capacity from 230 Amps to 670 Amps, to meet the growing needs of the community.  The upgraded wire will also reduce voltage loss and energy loss, saving money over time. 
Little Axe 2 Reconductor:  The main three phase line will be upgraded from 1/0 wire to 477 ASCR wire.  This will increase its capacity from 230 Amps to 340 Amps.  This upgrade is in response to a large business coming online.  The upgraded wire will also reduce voltage loss and energy loss, saving money over time
