How PrePay works

  • Sign up: At our office at 242 24th Avenue NW, Norman, OK 73070 or by phone (405)321-2024.
  • Load up: Select an amount to deposit into your account to begin your service.
  • Review alert: We’ll notify you via email once your account reaches the low balance threshold. To avoid automatic disconnect (when your account balance reaches zero), refill your account.
  • Reload: When your balance is low, just make a payment using any of our convenient payment options or sign into your account.

If I change my mind and want a paper bill, can I get both?

Paperless Billing is less expensive and reduces administrative costs, benefiting all of our members. For this reason, you may choose either bill method – but not both. If you wish to return to receiving a paper bill after trying the paperless, we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

How do I sign up?

Go to your account and our secure, online account management site. (Note: If you don’t have an online account profile set up, you’ll need to create one to view your monthly paperless bill.)
