As we continue to evolve to meet the needs of our membership, OEC’s Board of Trustees is proposing a revision to our existing bylaws — in place since our inception in 1937 and last amended in 2003. Members will have an opportunity to cast their vote at our Drive-Thru Annual Meeting, which will be held Friday, Sept. 27, 2024, at the Lloyd Noble Center parking lot in Norman, Oklahoma. More information about the event can be found here.
